The Health Center Program uses a library of standard conditions that follow its Progressive Action policy and process, which fully aligns with the Health Center Program Compliance Manual.

After thorough review and consideration of all comments, HRSA made a substantial number of revisions to the Compliance Manual to incorporate suggestions and requests for further clarification.

Because the Compliance Manual has been revised since the issuance of this summary, comments and response summaries marked with an asterisk and in italics no longer reflect current Compliance Manual language.
