Your network will not be able to assign an ip to the pc and u will get the limited conectivity message. Very frustrating if u dont know it was turned to block all.

Thought i would share just in case someone else encounters this issue. This has worked for me to get a good connection on a couple of different laptops in different Wi-Fi spots and should be a lot simpler than rebooting the router. I probably need to set the ip config etc.
